2. Advance Payment & Refund Policy
- Advance Payment Requirement: All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Once we start working on your project, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Revisions: If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, we offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of work until your satisfaction is achieved.
- Scope Changes: Any changes beyond the agreed project scope will be treated as additional work and charged separately.
- Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel the project before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or consultation fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required project details, content, images, and approvals on time.
- Respond to queries and feedback requests promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure that any content provided does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
4. Delivery & Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated based on the initial agreed scope.
- Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) will extend the delivery date.
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as server issues, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Final project files, source code, or website migration will only be delivered after full payment is received.
- Late payments may result in project suspension or additional charges.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final design, code, and deliverables will be transferred to the client (unless stated otherwise in the contract).
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website or application after delivery, unless a maintenance contract is in place.
8. Revisions & Support
- Unlimited revisions are provided only for design and functionality within the agreed scope.
- Post-delivery support will be provided for a limited period (as per agreement).
- Ongoing maintenance and updates will be charged separately.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate a project or refuse service if:
- The client fails to make payments as agreed.
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior.
- The project involves illegal or prohibited content.
